Continued manging internal Collections Information Management System, with a increased focus on improving data transfer efficiency between two teams within the institute. Preparation of datasets up to millions of records with high attention to detail for scientific research and publications; creating data visualizations for inclusion in peer-reviewed articles, technical reports, and web consumption.

Manager of internal Collection Information Management System which houses over 12M specimen records and is used by approximately 60 people weekly. The system manages data related to sample accessioning, processing, and long-term storage. I'mesponsible for adaptations in the system to allow capture and delivery of key data fields as workflow needs change. Development of protocols and training of other team members in their deployment.

Data analysis for Collections projects, updating taxonomic information for specimens based on sequence similarity, creation of loans for external collaborators, and general data cleaning and curation.
