Regardless of the marketing campaign or research project, my work consistently answers three questions … • What? = What are the key findings/data?• So what? = What do the findings actually mean?• Now what? = What are the top things the organization should stop, start, or change as a result of the findings? And how can we align leaders and teams around the findings so necessary actions are considered or taken?I like working with a variety of projects and people. I strive to promote integrity in all that I do, as well as a culture of care, curiosity, communication, and cooperation across the board. Simply point me in a direction, and I can find my way. My biggest strength is using applied research to inform integrated marketing communications campaigns. I bring insights to leaders and teams throughout an organization. These insights empower them to solve problems and make informed decisions that achieve their business objectives. Insights also lead to more loyal and satisfied customers, who feel heard and appreciated. For examples, please see my ePortfolio and strategic planning samples.
