Massage: I perform Swedish, deep tissue, sports, therapeutic, bamboo fusion and other spa specialty massages using stones and aromatherapy. Body Treatments: I also perform all the spa body treatments, such as exfoliation, body wraps, foot refreshers, scalp and foot massage.

I perform massage modalities including the following: endurance athlete sports massage, bamboo fusion, deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, neuromuscular therapy, reiki, swedish. I also perform spa treatments to include exfoliation of either the legs/feet, whole body, spa wraps for either detoxification or skin treatments and I also perform stone and bamboo massage. Stone and bamboo massage include using those heated tools for deeper pressure and greater muscle relaxation during the session. I currently work part time at the Don CeSar spa Oceania. I also work at sporting events doing sports massage as well as accept private clients. I also perform chair massage and own a massage chair.

I worked as a paralegal for one of the law firm partners for 9 years. My job included all file handling, litigation and trial work in the Workers' Compensation area of law.
