I worked as a journalist for more than 20 years, writing for a variety of business-to-business publications, including International Tax-Free Trader, World Drinks, Asia Pacific Duty-Free Marketing, Acquisitions Monthly and Travel Intelligence Middle East. I was also Business Reporter on The Kent and Sussex Courier and The Sevenoaks Chronicle for seven years.I then moved into PR with The Marketing Eye in Uckfield, where I stayed for four years, working with clients to build their profile across all sectors of the media, as well as bringing new clients onboard.I spent 10 years fundraising on a voluntary basis and, using these skills, moved into the charity sector full-time, working for ellenor - supporting families facing terminal illness.Launched in May 2017, I now run Angela Ward Media, offering a straightforward approach to content, social media and PR for firms in the professional services sector.
