Using AI, a strong sense of community, and deep empathy, our marketplace provides personalized support that helps people through some of the most challenging periods in their careers.Beyond building Respiris, I also work as an HR Advisor, Executive Recruiter, and Public Speaker. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with venture-backed and private equity-backed companies to help them manage workforce transitions and grow their HR functions. My background spans industries such as gaming, software, medical devices, ed-tech, and HR-tech, where I’ve helped scale HR operations and people strategy efforts for teams ranging from small startups to Fortune 50 enterprises.My journey started when I took the SATs as a walk-on, determined to carve out my own path. That determination saw me through funding my own education and launching a career that’s been deeply tied to guiding transitions—both personal and professional. I’ve led acquisitions, integrations, and leadership development initiatives, always with the focus on building strong organizations that succeed through change.When I’m not working, I’m spending time with my nine-year-old daughter (and our German Shepherd), hosting family from Boston, or enjoying the good life in Studio City, California, where I believe every day should feel like a Saturday.What drives me:I’m passionate about guiding others through transitions.
