Founded An emerging disruptive youth-centric digital community of 1500+ kinfolk of Black & Brown Spiritualist intersecting at Black & Brown Spirituality, culture, art, aesthetics, and grounded in peoples spiritual and full liberation.This brand & community was Scrappily created from the ground up. I Managed and strategized for growth via digital marketing, community building, and social media channels, specifically Instagram & Pinterest. Designed Unique Merch, Sourced & Managed the e-commerce shop site as well. Created and Curated all content for social channels. Championed for customers on support with order issues. I Wore all the hats. Learned a lot including about burnout the hard way. It was fun and insightful. Walked away with a lot of skills to share on the next role I take on.

We provide visual support & strategy for ethical projects + emerging brands that we believe in. We wholeheartedly love lending our creative brilliance to support independent BIPOC brands & companies.At Blab Lab we worked with 25+ mainly digital entrepreneurs to support the growth of their personal brands or small businesses through providing visual design, branding, and creative strategy.

Wore a variety of hats. Flexible with roles, got my hands in there and did whatever I could to support the department's goals + vision. Admin Assistant, Lab Help Desk, Graphic Designer, Sub for Professor. Technical/Grant Writer + Researcher, field work, you name it, I probably passionately did it and was well underpaid for it. I had the honor of teaching Students with interest in landscape design layout and illustration via Adobe Suit this included a Photoshop 101 class. I also introduced the same undergrad student to 3D printing 101. I def know a little bit about leadership and facilitation, and I really enjoy the ability to share my interest with other folk and ease them into the fold of things.The highlights of my time here were completing research that led to the environmental design lab being awarded a 250k USDA grant. I also developed a semester-long mentorship program for high-school students which introduced them to Digital Design & Illustration tools used that can be applied and used in Environmental Design, but also over design roles. I ended that program with high’s school both students getting A+ capstone project for the young mentees. Proudest Moment there.
