Started as a temp until August of 2015 in the Consumer Dept under Melissa Carpenter. Worked for her until October of not2016. I was one of the first contacts with customers. Answered light questions about thread production & stock. Entered customers orders sometimes as long as 600 line items sent via phone, fax and emails, sent order acknowledgements advising of ship dates & tracking numbers. Handled request for credits and returns, set up new colors & catalog numbers, worked with the Credit Dept to approve credit card accounts, use of credit card Cybersource software to get credit card approvals.Moved to the Gutterman thread division in October 2016 as the only CSR for that division. Same duties as listed above but also has to use the SAP software to check Gutterman stick in Germany. Moved to the CSR Industrial Division of A&E on January 2, 2018 due to offer of change shifts in order to make more money. I worked there until 11/2018.
