During more than 20 years I’ve been creating and developing new businesses, as well as restructuring business with viability issues, for Telco and IT players, including Manufacturers, Operators and System Integrators.I have a deep expertise in the whole process, from the Business Plan to the follow-up/improvement phases.I’ve developed that role for EMEA, LATAM and APAC, living 5 years in China and another 5 years in USA, for different multinational companies.
