President / It Systems Analyst
CurrentResponsible or overseeing and managing iTACs IT projects. Coordinates project phases from development to installation. Acts as liaison between clients, vendors, and consultants. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES- Develop requirements, outlines, budgets and schedules- Oversee all phases of project from conception to completion- Upgrade IT security- Manage team of consultants, programmers, developers and analysts- Ensure project is completed within budget and on time- Follow PMI standards to manage projects through the project life-cycles of initiation, planning, execution and closure- Develop work-breakdown structures- Develop project tracking and variance reports- Assemble risk management plans and work effort documents- Create project documentation- Provide risk assessment- Review estimates- Assess new opportunities- Prepare proposals- Manage multiple vendors- Utilize in-depth technical knowledge and business requirements to design and implement secure solutions to meet client needs while protecting the corporation's assets- Develop security standards, procedures and guidelines for multiple platforms AccountingResponsible for handling the fundamental aspects of iTACs financial record keeping, including recording financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank statements.RESPONSIBILITIES- Prepare financial statements and reports, including the profit and loss statement and balance sheet- Assist with budget preparations- Pay bills and maintain ledgers- Receive, approve, and/or decline client invoices- Manage client assets- Assist accountants with tax return preparation- Make bank deposits and receipts of money- Reconcile bank account and distribute money within departments- Conduct invoice activities and pay vendors for delivered materials- Transmit purchase orders directly to vendors for purchases- Generate 1099's and W-2's- Prepare appropriate schedules and reports as requested by clients and partners
