CurrentEnsure SOR is in compliance with state and federal laws. Serve as the auditor of SLED's Sex Offender Registry (SOR) Unit;Collaborate with SLED legal counsel in evaluating and updating regulations and protocol as mandated by law.Act as liaison between Sex Offender Registry vendors and SLED. Coordinate with other states concerning sex offenders moving into South Carolina's jurisdiction or leaving the state of South Carolina. Generate and forward letters and documents to proper authorities. Extensive knowledge of State and Federal Laws regulating the South Carolina Sex Offender Registry.Knowledge and work experience with the policies and procedures of both the National Crime Information Center (NCIC) and International Justice & Public Safety Network system. Perform quality control of all SOR records for audit purposes. Ensure SC SOR and NSOR files are in sync.*** NCIC Certified (National Crime Information Center)
