In 2016 I had the opportunity to take over a women's group in Cincinnati, OH and see what I could do with it. I accepted the challenge and decided to do my research. What I found was I didn't leave very many women's networking events encouraged or empowered. I left feeling drained and was tired of the façade of perfection all around me. So I set out to create something different.I am the CEO & Founder of Evolve Women's Network. I created a professional women's network where all women belong - no cliques and no judgement for women just like me. I never felt like I belonged...I got tired of trying to act the part when going to networking events. I know we don't have it all together but together, I know we can have it all! I set out to change the way professional women's networking events felt, acted, and performed.
