A group of companies that consistently grow in education industry and health care industry Job desc:- Leading Finance Accounting teams of the unit group to ensure all reports such as Profit and Loss, Cash Flow Statements and Balance Sheets report are documented accurately.- Ensure and monitor controls are performed in accordance with SOP- Engage in strategic planning and decision making such as analyzes information, forecasts sales against expenses, annual budget plans and also project budget plans- Control purchase transactions were performed in accordance with SOP- Actively participate in the procurement team to give positive and workable input on how to overcome issues such as limited time or limited vendor for the agreed prices and speed as requested by projects.- Attends meetings and communicating with the owners, understands and meets the needs of key stakeholders- Ad-hoc tasks

- Calculate Payroll, PPh21, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, THR, Profit Sharing, Bonus for All Subsidiaries and branches- Review and Submit Weekly Cash Flow Report for One GML Group- Supervise, Manage, and Review Revenue Cycle and payment Cycle to ensure it is always on track and delivered on time- Review and Submit Monthly Sales Reconciliation Report for One GML Group- Ad-hoc tasks

- Manage Expense Cycle using Erasoft (Record payment invoices, payment transfers, and check tax invoices)- Manage Revenue Cycle using Accurate (Invoicing, sales receipts, collections, and reconciliation of sales reports)- Record and Reconcile Tax Art 23 and Tax Art 4(2)- Manage Inventory Reports from raw materials to Finished Goods and Stock Opname.- Manage Fixed Assets

- Financial reporting (daily) for Citibank’s Client in mutual funds, such as: money market funds, bond or fixed income funds, stock or equity funds, which is available for the general public in everyday newspaper.- Ensure that accurate documentation of transactions are authorized, maintained and made easily accessible in accordance to relevant rules and regulations.- Assist / support external auditor in fulfill external reporting requirements to deliver the accurate and timely financial information for the Client’s year-end audit.

- Perform test of internal control process to the Client’s business on sales, cash receipt, purchase, cash disbursement, bank reconciliation, payroll, and addition of fixed assets.- Perform Compliance Audit (PSA 62) for new vendor and procurement process.- Perform analytical review and financial audit on cash and cash equivalents, accounts receivable, inventories, sales and other advances, revenue/sales, cost of sales, otherincome, selling and distribution expense, administrative and other expenses, fixedassets. - Ensure all steps of the audit program was completed such as: Check the appropriateness of receivable by performing aging schedule test, turnoveranalysis, allowance analysis, confirmation, reconciliations review, cut off, revaluation,predictive test, etc. - Identify auditing issues and proposing solutions.- Preparing the consolidated financial statement, the compliance audit report and the financial audit report.- Ensure private companies to deliver the right financial disclosure in the IPO (Initial Public Offering project).
