Responsible for setting IDG:s Sweden's first mobile strategy, included; Setting budgets and goals for our networks, developing new offers, new advertising formats, and educating customers, journalists and sales. With the challenging task to develop and educate a new product with no historical data or best practice, my colleague and I decided to write an educational guidebook called "Mobibeln". The Guidebook was a success in Sweden and helped customers and IDG Sweden sales staff to understand and promote mobile as a new way of reaching out to their target audience. The Guidebook got attention globally at IDG, and our CEO put together a strategic Taskforce where I developed an English version of The Mobile@IDG Playbook, an external marketing product to help IDG's customers navigate the mobile category and position IDG as the thought leader in mobile.I was a member of the IAB mobile advertising task force. Were we decided on the mobile advertising standards for Sweden. The task force's overall goal was to remove barriers, enable rapid growth in mobile advertising, and make mobile advertising easier to buy.
