In the 2-week Summer Immersion Program (SIP), I attended live, virtual classes sponsored by industry-leading companies like MetLife. This year’s program was focused on beginner to intermediate CS concepts, the iterative design process, UX design basics, and introduced me to tech industry!I developed 3 games using styles like the interactive avatar, CYOA, and collection style. I used 3 popular themes for the projects like game character, anime, and food/drinks! For the game jam, I worked with a partner to create a MVP of an avoider game named ‘The Journey Up’ about Hope.

Data is all around us. In this curriculum, I leveraged data and crafted meaningful insights through the use of SQL, Python, and data visualization tools. In the end, my team and I successfully coded a global digital platform to educate others about environmental awareness. I researched and built data visualizations of climate change impacts focused on global sea level rise and water/food insecurity.
