I'm leading newsletter strategy and digital content production, finding innovative ways to package top retail and healthcare news for a historically print-first publication.

I led the NYC newsroom's community journalism, bringing a holistic engagement approach to our digital strategy by producing surveys, comment section Q&A's and guided discussions, and reader-participation articles. With a goal to increase our subscriber engagement on-site, we frequently exceeded benchmarks and led meaningful conversations that often turned into cross-platform digital content.

I produced daily social media posts for the main social accounts, reaching ~3.5 million followers. To inform our platform-specific strategies for each social channel, I tracked and analyzed audience data using Social Flow, Chartio, Chartable, and Crowdtangle and used those insights to inform special projects, like re-structuring the company's Telegram account and producing Twitter Spaces events during the feature's peak. I often assisted with SEO headline suggestions based on Google Trend and competitor research. In a pursuit of my personal interests in news products, I contributed to the daily news briefing newsletter. To nurture my passion for culture reporting, I assisted in the production of FT Weekend, the podcast exploring the business of cultural icons and institutions, by collaborating on shownotes and scripts and leading the development of promotional assets.
