Assist in the creation of a network of partners for the new company in Spain of the international group Caremoli, leading producer and distributor of ingredients, mixes, semi-finished products, dietary fibers, and gluten-free raw materials for the global food market

Diverse range of activities to assist in the day-to-day execution of sales activities:- Customer service, order processing, import-export compliance- Design and launch marketing campaigns via Mailchimp and data analysis- Work actively with Zoho CRM to keep a useful tool database for sales- Work closely with a Quality Consultant Company to be an ISO 9001 and 14001 certified company- Tender Management- Assure all relevant tenders are forwarded timely to sales team- Assist sales team in tender preparation- Responsible to prepare all administrative paperwork for the tender- Assistance in Dynamics 365 Business Central Implementation, Sales and Project Module

Support sales and marketing activities through the assignment of specific accounts and creating new leads. Additional responsibilities include:- Respond to leads and prospects for new business. Support Spanish companies in their efforts to achieve export growth by assisting them in takingadvantage of opportunities in the United States market by providing access to buyers,developing relationships with key decision makers, and advising clients about market strategiesfor entering specific markets.• Identify business partners in the US for Spanish companies and if it is requested, settingup business meetings• Develop contact with American buyers• Advise client exporters on appropriate entry strategies to specific markets• Conduct market research according to customer needs• Assist and represent manufacturers in local trade shows

Responsible for all the requirements for the importation of scientific equipment from the UnitedStates to Spain and its distribution to public and private facilitates through Spain: purchasing,importation, tracking of delivery to customers, billing and accounts receivable.• Prepared and confirm order approval, handling pricing information• Managed day to day carrier relationships.
