My duties include assisting the accounting officers in doing their financial reports, sorting the documents needed for the billing, procurement and disbursement vouchers. Transferring what are written in the receipts in to Microsoft Excel. Sorting the application forms of students together with their supporting documents, calling the students for their scheduled assessment for the qualification they applied to and to remind them of the Do’s and Don’ts during the assessment.
