ISTUDY is an online tutoring platform dedicated for elementary school to high school students. Founded in 2020, we aim to help students all over Indonesia who are struggling with their studies due to the COVID 19 pandemic. Below are my responsibilities as the founder of ISTUDY:-Manage a team of tutors, administration staff, and digital marketing staffs-Manage and supervise digital marketing strategies & the design of social media contents-Tutor math, physics, chemistry, and english

-Attend aanwijzing, tender clarification, & joint meetings with owner and QS consultant-Analyse drawings, bill of quantities, and other project specifications to accurately calculate quantity of structural and architectural work using Cubicost TAS, Cubicost TRB, and manual calculation-Successfully modeled & calculated quantities of an 8-story Air Force Hospital (design & build project) in only 4 days-Collaborated with senior estimators to model 5 projects using 5D BIM, also calculated the structural and or architectural quantities with tight deadlines

Internship at a 33 story high-rise building project, Cisauk Point Apartment:-Interpret shop drawings-Inspect completed work or work in progress with regard to technical quality & compliance with specifications & requirements (quality control)
