At Hublocal, I have the privilege of serving major companies in the national market across various sectors. As a Key Account Manager, I accompany and support these companies throughout the journey of building organic traffic from Google. My role involves assisting in monitoring and enhancing reputation, improving Google listings' positioning, and presenting results through periodic reports. Additionally, I am constantly generating insights about the next steps to be taken.To ensure a successful experience across all fronts, I act as a bridge between the client and other departments within the company in resolving various issues that may arise.In collaboration with the development team, I serve as the Product Owner (P.O) in the creation of new features and continuous improvement of existing modules on the Hublocal platform. Furthermore, I play an active role in engaging with the marketing team, contributing to the development of briefs for the creation of support materials and relevant content for clients.We are a hub of innovative solutions, focusing on offering a robust SaaS platform. This platform enables the synchronization of location information across major maps and internet listings. Additionally, it facilitates bulk actions such as postings, review responses, and photo uploads on Google.One of the distinctive features of our platform is the Business Intelligence (BI) report we offer to clients for tracking essential metrics.

The Fonte is the experimental Advertising and Propaganda agency of Fanor, where students have the opportunity to put the knowledge acquired in the course into practice. I worked as an art director, creating banners, posters, flyers, business cards, marketing emails, custom wallpapers, simple animations, etc. However, since the goal of the source is to show students how each area of agencies works, we ended up doing and knowing a little bit of everything. All pieces and campaigns produced were displayed within the college itself.
