Hello! I am Angelica Luis. A bilingual expert from the UCV. I have worked for years as a translator (EN-ES) and as an administrative assistant (face-to-face and remote). I have solid knowledge and skills in project management, problem solving, design of business proposals, Excel, and Google workspace tools, as well as documentation of software requirements.In my most recent position as an Administrative and Commercial Assistant at GLS Labs, I had the opportunity to develop myself in mixed areas of the software development field, in addition to performing administrative tasks of correspondence management and some marketing tasks. I have had the opportunity to work in the documentation of software project requirements, and in the development from scratch of commercial proposals for applications and platforms. In this particular company, I have received training in ​​Product Management, UX UI, and Design Thinking.I am passionate about learning new things and facing professional challenges that allow me to level up and constantly challenge myself. The theory of design thinking is what best describes my professional personality: detect problems and improvements, develop strategies, implement changes, filter results, and keep iterating until the quality of the product improves (in this case my own quality as a professional).
