Project: Multiple sites in NSW, VIC, & QLD Australia • Oversee the progress of multiple sites in the delivery of fibre services for TPG Telecom to various businesses, corporate, and government entities within the standard timeline. • Requested quotes for works awarded to contractors and raised the purchase order. • Organized internal and external surveys and reviewed the survey plans to ensure clients’ requirements were met. • Coordinated with LAAN team to ensure permits required are delivered and approved.• Attended to clients’ concern

Project: Pampanga Fiber Loop Project • Managed the preparation, implementation, and acceptance of the project. • Prepared and presented the project kick-off to involved stakeholders. • Planned the mobilization activity and coordinated the materials & equipment with different internal teams. • Closely tracked the daily progress to reach the target and strategized catch-up plan to prevent the possibility of delay. • Briefed stakeholders on the project’s progress. • Ensured the quality of the works based on the design plan with the PM’s guidance and prepared the progress billing of the subcontractors
