Assistant Vice President, Technology Associate Project Manager
Current• Communicate project status updates to relevant internal and external stakeholders• Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed on time• Prepare regular status reports to update internal and external stakeholders on project progress and milestones• Utilize data analysis efforts to evaluate the effectiveness of projects• Collaborate with functional managers and team members to ensure projects are adequately resourced• Identify and address project issues and risks in a timely manner• Contribute and develop solutions for project teams to resolve project challenges• Partner with IT divisions to define quantifiable IT control KPI (Key Risk Indicators) / KRI (Key Performance Indicators) metrics for several IT business areas • Oversee and lead the overall process of creating end-to-end process, flow charts, process, narratives, control, documentations for various IT divisions to ensure alignment between risk environments and control environments• Facilitated and led the mapping of controls to internal standards and policies to ensure sufficient coverage and identifications of gaps across IT business frameworks within the financial institution
