Lead the social media Digital Entertainment team of social media producers and editors located in three countries and coordinate the day to day social media publishing.Job Responsibilities-Decide the social media content that is published daily on the main Univision’s Entertainment social media accounts to better serve the company interest and engage with the audience.-Analyze social media data provided by the Analytics team and analytics tools like Crowdtangle, Social Bakers and Social Sprout to design the better strategy for social media posting and engagement.-Supervise and edit content to ensure quality meets Univision standards and every piece delivers the story the way it should be.-Balance content formats in a way that adapt to the different changes in algorithms on social media.Work with the leads of Editorial, Content and Operations to set posting priorities on the different accounts, so Univision continues to maximize web traffic and social interactions.-Coordinate with other Univision stakeholders to implement on social media the corporate strategies as required.-Lead a team of social media editors and producers in order to implement distribution strategies and to generate assets specifically designed to boost reach, engagement, and fan base for all the properties.-Provide the Senior Director and Managing Editor with periodical inputs on social media strategies that could improve the value of our digital content production.-Attend to weekly meetings with Senior Leadership to better understand the corporate priorities and provide with feedback.
