This was the biggest outsourcing project in the history of ABSA and Barclays On-boarded 700 resources into Absa in a space of three months Developed and executed a thorough communications plan for the project and performed all administrative arrangements relating to recruitment and selection and training and development Used agile principles to lead the team (daily scrum meetings, removing blockers that the team may have been experiencing). Setting up and planning workshops with respective teams in India, the UK and SA Constant problem- solving with teams in India and UK Making sure 700 resources were fully functional on the Absa network and making sure all resources do not lose any access – worked closely with the HR operational team in SA Planned, coordinated and managed the rollout of 700 VDI’s to LTI staff Coordinated trouble shooting when necessary (Proven track record & experience in incident & problem management) Helped with managing PO’s for the team Developed a master tracker to manage workforce and resource productivity -
