Life sciences are my passion and have led me to medical research. Looking back on 20 years research I have gained broad knowledge and hands on experience in the areas of molecular biology, cell biology, micro biology and genetics. Working inside and outside academia has taught me a lot about the different research styles as well as people management and business strategy. This year I have taken this experience together and started as a freelance scientific consultant.Besides being a scientist I am a self-taught artist. Magic happens when the two are combined in scientific illustrations and paintings.
