● Assist in finding talents for MNC Pharmaceutical company and coordinate with on-siterecruiters for interview arrangements, salary negotiations, position requirements and profilesubmission.● Use social media networks (e.g. LinkedIn and Facebook) to look for and connect with potentialcandidates.● Use job portals like Jobstreet, People and Job, Monster, Naukri to source candidates.● Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates.● Send recruiting emails, in-mails and follow up with candidates.● Conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidates' competency & skills.● Update & guide candidates on their application process.● Ask for referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles.● Contact past applicants for new job opportunities.● Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals.
