Position above peer catalyst. Oversee 6-12 peer catalysts. Prepare for and conduct meetings with peer catalysts to discuss respective classes, concerns within classrooms, and overall classroom engagement. Assist peer catalyst in developing goals and improving their leadership, communication, and role-modeling skills. Review and submit peer catalyst paperwork as well as individual paperwork (i.e., timestamps, weekly reports, self-assessment forms, etc). Collaborate with peer catalyst program directors and fellow peer catalyst mentors weekly to discuss individual peer catalysts, classes, and individual needs.

Live on campus and oversee 30-80 residents of university housing. Interact with residents informally on campus and formally through catered programming efforts. Round residence halls while on duty to ensure safety of residents and university policy is upheld. Collaborate with Residential Life professional staff and other resident assistants. Create and conduct programs, bulletin boards, and weekly communication that promotes the QU Residential Curriculum (i.e., themes of wellness, social and emotional intelligence, academic and career success, inclusive excellence, and community citizenship).

Peer educator position, which requires previous registration and knowledge in a course. Facilitate in-class discussion, activities, and overall student experience. Collaborate with professor weekly to promote classroom engagement. Bridge gap between professor and students. Increase student autonomy, enhance interactive learning, and improve intellectual engagement. Provide out-of-class support to clarify assignments, answer student questions, refer students to university resources, and aid students in becoming successful members of the campus community.

Greet guests as they enter the restaurant and seat them at a table in a polite and timely manner. Keep track of number of patrons each waiter or waitress was serving. Adapt to under stressful situations and find an appropriate solution. Answer phone calls for reservations, takeout orders, and general questions.Prepare and cash out takeout orders.
