🌱PLANT-BASED SEAFOOD 🌱🔬 Food Science: Working with TPA (Texture Profile Analysis) • Developed TPA procedures to perform Tuna texturing analysis, ensuring product quality and consistency and performed data analysis with findings. • Conducted chemical analysis to assess nutritional content and quality parameters of salmon and tuna sourced from seafood wholesalers.• Sourced salmon and tuna samples from seafood wholesalers in SF• Conducted sensory analysis to evaluate consumer preferences and product acceptability.
