Responsibilities:• Prepare required early regulatory disclosures including the new TRID early disclosure and the TRID closing disclosures• Review and verify that the application package submitted by the Borrower is complete. If necessary, provide Borrower with a Deficiency letter and applicable attachments. Field calls from Borrower, and other parties involved in the transaction with regard to the requirements and/or status of the file• Order Flood Certifications and verifies that a Flood I.D letter is sent to the Borrower if the property is located in a flood zone• Order personal credit reports, business credit reports and evaluates credit reports for credit quality. If necessary, request an explanation for derogatory/public record items• Order the DNBI reports, UCC search and coordinates with the UW for their review as required• Request OFAC Reviews• Order and review purchase contracts, escrow instructions and preliminary title reports with all supporting documents• Request and review entity documents and lease agreements and coordinates any deficiencies with the UW• Coordinate the ordering and/or receipt of all additional structural reports, environmental reports, appraisal reports, and leases required by the UW• Prepares the loan for final loan documentation preparation. This includes ensuring all input is complete in MortgageBot and all documentation is uploaded into Director

Pipeline review and management, manage cycle times, loan review, and follow up with Loan Officers and Borrowers. Create, run, and distribute department reports tracking team’s daily production activity and quality of loans. Work with Operations staff to ensure quality and production metrics are met, Manage working relationship between processing team and sales and underwriting teams. Provide leadership and training towards development of Loan Processors. Provide exceptional customer service to sales, borrowers, as well as internal staff. Spot check files before they go to u/w and closing - to aid in performance evaluations and spot problems before they become issues. Ensure processing team members achieve all metrics including meeting all closing dates, Follow-up with Loan Officers to ensure files are moving timely to meet closing dates.
