Oversee the company's operations namely business development, client management, and talent development; the three pillars driving company and revenue growth.Achievements:- Growing the roaster of clients from 10 to 160 with over 400 campaigns executed over the course of 6.5 years- Responsible for bringing in large FMCG clients on retainers such as Magnum, Cadbury, Heineken, Bili Bili, Bake with Yen, Levi's Strauss & Co, Viu, Boost, adidas, and JD Sports, to name a few- Managed and trained a team of consultants to provide day-to-day communications and content strategies for the company’s blue-chip clientele- Established the social media and influencer marketing divisions for the company. Secured a steady stream of retainers for the divisions- Developed and executed an integrated strategic communication plan for Lipton that led to the brand leading in brand equity in 2022 and winning awards for the best-integrated marketing campaign for the year- Created and implemented a brand-building campaign for Cadbury that saw the brand increase in sales and led in the share of voice in the market for the year- Built an advocacy strategy for Heineken to grow the brand’s social media presence and helped boost the brand’s organic social media growth and content

A pivotal time in my career where I decided to explore the entrepreneurial spirit in me and started my own Communications Consultancy. Having a good blue chip client base, I worked on some of the world's leading broadcasters such as MTV, Cartoon Network and Diva, covering the areas of Comms, event and talent management. I was also hired by Johnnie Walker to be the brand's first influencer management consultant given the rising importance of social media during that period.I also continued to contribute to training, grooming and growing talent for my previous employer on a part-time basis - this role was crucial for the company's retention of client to ensure quality of service for key clients are delivered.

Within 2 years I was then promoted to become Account Manager. I transitioned from a support role to managing and driving the organization's key retainer clients such as Johnnie Walker, Discovery Networks Asia, adidas and E! Entertainment to name a few. During this time also I become a key member in setting the course for influencer engagement and social media content for the agency.

Started my career as an Account Executive in Malaysia's leading PR consultancy, supporting the company's key accounts clients such as Nike, Discovery Networks Asia, G.A.B, Visit Britain, to name a few.Working alongside industry pioneers, I learnt and honed my skills in the areas of client management, media relations, writing and event management.
