• Responsible for the day-to-day functions of HR & Administration of the Corporate office at Noor Baug, and site office at Bhendi bazar, transit homes at Ghorapdeo, Anjeerwadi & Chunnabatti in Mumbai.• Responsible for the entire recruitment process-assisting HOD.• Coordinating with recruitment consultancies for the required profiles, screening candidates as per requirements and calling them for interviews, conducting written tests if required• Implement and maintain HR, policies and procedures to promote consistency with regard to terms and conditions of service, resourcing, learning & development in accordance with the business strategy• Maintaining personal files of all employees in the Trust• Processing payroll and liaising with PF & ESIC consultants for statutory monthly payments• Maintaining files on all AMC’s like housekeeping, air-conditioning, cafeteria, pest control etc.

• Involved in preparation of Daily, Weekly & Monthly HR & ADM MIS Report• Payroll inputs data which includes New joinees, Left, Salary hold & release case, Confirmation, Transfer, Relocation, Arrears, Recovery, Onetime Payment (Joining Bonus), LTA & Medical Reimbursement, Loan, Overtime, Incentives, Night Shift Allowances, and Bank Account Details.• Checked the accuracy of payroll output against the input data and prepared verification report for current month v/s. previous month Payroll data for discrepancy, if any.• Statutory checks done of PF, ESIC, Profession Tax; PF Related Issues like withdrawal, transfers and EPS related claims.• Prepared and verified the full & final settlement of dues for employees leaving services, submission of Gratuity claims to LIC and other activities like Leave Encashment and OT Payment etc.• Prepared employee list for coverage under the policy, verified the addition & deletion list of employees for updating the Policy, negotiated with the vendor and handled hospitalization or GPA queries.• Successfully managed Pre Joining formalities, Post joining formalities, Documentation, Issuing letters of Appointment, Medical, Confirmation, Transfer, Relocation, Relieving etc.• Implemented Leave & Attendance, Asset Management, Travel Management, Training Management, Confirmation Appraisal Management, Employee Separation, Time Sheet Management, Employee Transfer, and My Needs - Business Card Request, Item / Asset Requisition and Payroll Management module.
