Led business strategies through the use of strategic analysis framework, design and market research to formulate Kocoon’s business model.My Responsibilities:• Utilised design thinking to ensure the approach taken by the business was user-centric and value-driven.• Ensured that all content and experiences were delivered on time, on budget, and to high-quality standards.• Supervised the entire design process and important technical decisions for content creation to ensure that the information provided was concise and adhered to brand image.

• Assisted ADHD and autistic students (aged 8-16) with learning difficulties in communication, schoolwork, and physical fitness.• Worked with younger students to understand their individual problems and working styles and devised strategies to better cope with their symptoms. • Provided 1:1 mentoring to a struggling ADHD student to support their study skills which resulted in a significant progression in work completion and confidence in their abilities.
