As a user-centered product leader, my goal is simple: Build good experiences that people actually enjoy. I do this by serving as a creative translator between the people at work wanting to “James Turrell this sh&%” and the ones looking to “decrease funnel dropoff.” If you’ve opened up Hulu, looked at Nikes on your phone, watched an episode of The Simpsons on its website, or bought a home from the Opendoor app, you’ve entered a part of my brain. Throughout my career, I've been fortunate enough to get to consult for some of the world's most beloved brands and help them launch ambitious new experiences (see: Simpsons World for FX and the Hulu redesign on 13 platforms). Additionally, I had the unique opportunity to be one of the earliest hires at a startup coming out of Y Combinator (Open Listings YC15), help grow that team to acquisition (Opendoor 2018), stay on to launch and scale multiple products (Buy with Opendoor, Opendoor Complete and Opendoor Backed Offers) and advise on additional acquisitions (RedDoor, 2021, now Opendoor Finance) -- all while the organization went through an IPO. I know when to take the big swings that transform businesses. My strong foundation in UX, research, and product innovation means I can make it real.
