Act as the liaison between quality improvement team and the medical group. Data analytics by reviewing reports in Epic, Cozeva and other data bases. Design and run weekly, monthly and quarterly reports. Performs specialized research and reporting based off population needs. Work with ACO Groups/insurance companies in reporting quality metric compliance. Recommend and implement changes to processes and procedures based on data collection methods. Collaborate with stakeholders to increase outreach methods and patient quality metric compliance. Perform training to clinical staff to ensure proper point of care compliance.

Manage physician practice along with performed back office medical assistant duties to include: record patient vitals, review medications with patients, administer injections, perform in office procedures, assist with inputting physician orders, assist with dictations and maintain physician daily schedule. Knowledgeable in Allscripts and Epic medical record systems.
