• Children's Mental Health Project:Worked on various projects to advocate for the rights of children with mental health issues; Administered rights trainings to inform adolescents residing in psychiatric residential treatment centers (RTCs) of their rights, and filed complaints on behalf of residents. Also assisted with investigations of serious injury reports from adolescents residing in RTCs.• Nursing Facility Project:Educated nursing facility residents of their rights to seek available community-based services that enable them to be discharged, made referrals to appropriate state programs, and monitored referrals to ensure no legal barriers were present.
