Act as OIC in the absent of COO responsible for the whole operation process in production process from production planning, material planning, equipment and manpower allocation, production schedule, quality control and other areas related to smooth operation.2. Coordinate with other related section such as purchasing, sales, accounting, warehouse and logistics for the concerns and issues related to them.3. Check and verify production plan and schedule considering production efficiency and machine performance.4. Prepare equipment maintenance plan and monitor its implementation5. Ensure equipment (facility and production equipment) availability as per production schedule and maximize equipment efficiency.6. Prepare annual plan budget for production and engineering (repair, spare parts, tools, consumables,)7. Check and verify request / documents related to process, equipment and quality control.8. Review performance of each personnel under operations department.9. Review processes and implement improvement for the achievement of target.10. Review documents related to ISO-9001-2008 accreditation.11. In charge of PEZA permit application related to engineering.12. Coordinate with suppliers and contractors with regards to equipment repairs, maintenance and spare parts.Major Accomplishments1. Key personnel for the successful startup operation of CRT-0815YLLK machine for pull on baby diaper machine.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities Handled:1. Conducts design concept for machine to be developed as per customer requirements.2. Responsible on electrical design for automation machine.3. Prepares project costing upon selection of electrical components to be used in the projects.4. Conducts PLC designing, programming and debugging for newly developed and existing machines5. Conduct wiring and assembly of electrical components / control panel making.6. Prepares BOM (Bill of Materials) as per requirement of newly designed machines.7. Prepares machine manual, operation & maintenance manual and other documentation as per customer requirements.8. Conducts after-sales service once machine was delivered to the customer.9. Person in Charge for the installation of eClean energy saver for industries.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities Handled:1. Maintain and follow proper ISO procedures and GMP requirements.2. Provide engineering support to production through troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance of machines and related equipments.3. Execute the methods and related ideas discussed in PIM (Process Improvement Meeting) for production improvement such as improvement for efficiency, safety and waste reduction.4. Performs Installation Qualification (IQ) test of new equipment and ensure the compliance with electrical inspection criteria and safety.4.1 Join risk analysis and design control meeting prior to introduction of new machines.4.2 Performs documentation related to introduction of new machines5. Performs electrical design for new machines and machine change.5.1 Conduct and guide electrical personnel in electrical panel making5.2 Prepares and orders parts and spare parts needed based on design made6. Writes various preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and installation procedures.7. Conduct training for newly hired electrical engineers and technicians.8. Performs and participates on implementing 5S in the working area.
