I oversee the educational program and facilties at the SAPCC Workforce Development & Training Center in North Springfield, Vermont. Our focus is to offer continuing education for the region's human service and early childhood professionals. I collaborate with trainers and organizations to develop diverse and low-cost offerings throughout the year. I also manage the facility to ensure it is well maintained, projects are completed, and grants are administered appropriately.

I am a leader, problem solver and change agent who develops team-based solutions to align strategy, individuals and processes and uphold the mission of the organization. I manage projects across all areas of the organization to support fulfillment of the strategic plan and strengthen the organization’s strategic and collaborative partnerships within our broader community and service area. This includes but is not limited to daily operations, communications, marketing, human resources, event planning, fundraising and data collection.I work to ensure that SAPCC is viewed as a highly regarded source, disseminator, and conduit of information for families within the diverse network and constituent base. I supervise the administrative staff and am an active participant in the leadership and management teams.

During my time as the Interim Executive Director, I was able to accomplish many goals including securing additional funds needed through grants and loans to purchase a building, creating and hiring for several new positions and contracts, obtaining recognition as "Organization of the Year" through the Springfield Chamber of Commerce, launching the new Workforce Development & Training Center, coordinating an open house and silent auction, building additional community partnerships, and much more. I prepared orientation documentation and onboarded the new Executive Director until the end of 2023. It was a joy and honor to serve SAPCC in this way.

Affiliated online faculty member in undergraduate business program. Teaching Leadership and Community to adult students through Brightspace.

General development of nonprofit organization: Project management, marketing, public relations, administration, operations, grant writing, human resources, strategic planning, leadership, supervision, data collection/analysis, community outreach, fundraising/event planning.Led development of new website, social media platform upgrades, customer relationship management (CRM) system implementation and "moving to the cloud" technology upgrade. Wrote and was awarded a federal grant from the United States Department of Homeland Security to purchase and install a security system on site, including cameras, controlled entrance system and panic alarm buttons.Developed an employee evaluation process, including review and job description forms. Developed onboarding and offboarding procedures that include and orientation checklist for key staff, training lists, 30/60/90 day review, exit interview, and offboarding checklist.

Family, children, newborn and wedding photography. Capturing the beauty in the everyday moments and special milestones of people's lives. Worked with hundreds of clients, from the planning of the session to the ordering of products. Educated clients on copyright and quality digital image. I continue to work with established clients and for community projects, as needed. Graphic Design is a large part of this business. From advertising for my own events and specials, to creating digital posters or videos for non-profits and other community outreach needs. I am proficient in Photoshop Elements and use many other online applications to create digital media, as needed.

Reported on local stories as requested, as well as found my own stories to submit. Interviewed people and took photos for pieces. Further research was sometimes required. Published countless pieces over the years.

Co-coordinator of the Fast Forward & Dual Enrollment programs for two years. These are programs that enable high school students to gain college credits while taking high school classes. I worked directly with High Schools and Tech Centers across Vermont, registering students and assisting schools in enrollment tasks. I was able to significantly streamline the process and assist in a drastic growth of the number of enrollments each semester.

Executive Administrative Assistant to the Academic Dean until his retirement. Tasks included data-analysis, weekly reporting, coordinating events and state-wide trainings, preparing documents for presentation.

Bank teller and sales representative. Educated customers about products offered by the bank. Opened/closed accounts, assisted with loans, promoted products and services within the bank in creative ways (posters, artwork, games, prizes, etc.). Open/closed bank, counted vault, prepared ATM, balanced drawer daily, worked in a team, presented professionalism and superior customer service daily.American Institute of Banking (AIB) trained and certified in financial and customer service.
