I started my career very early in life, I was only 14 years old when I was hired as an intern in Human Resources. I did not know much about the field and honestly, it seemed like a mismatch at first given.Furthermore, I took an administration course while working at the company and quickly realized the most important asset of any organization, the people.I took a break from the course and from my first job to do a year-long Exchange Program in the United States with Rotary as a 16-year-old teenager. The experience made so many of my dreams come true but also taught me a lot about myself, it really was a self-exploratory journey.When I came back to my hometown in Brazil, I knew I wanted to pursue the career in Administration. It took me some time, but I was hired as an Intern in a company witch I really thought was the best place I could work. It did not take long for me to get promoted. I have had so many opportunities to learn and to develop my skills as a fellow professional in the field, and I have been taking all of them. Today, I study business administration and take many soft skills courses to expand the knowledge and succeed, because in the end of the day, my job involves people!
