• Oversee the end-to-end CDD and onboarding process and ensure the execution excellence• Ensue effective governance of tasks and processes with reference to internal policy andregulatory requirement• Conduct necessary customer outreach for the purpose of customer due diligence and riskmitigation.• Ensure AML risk is effectively managed in accordance with global and local regulatoryrequirements• Identify CDD requirement gap by analyzing customer information and supporting documentsrequired for the completion of the account opening• Work with internal stakeholders to obtain client information to ensure efficient and clientfriendly customer onboarding experience• Reengineering the customer on-boarding process flow to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness

In charge of training the Programming Team for a short-term mobile application class using App Inventor:- Preparation of training materials (case studies, tutorials, etc.).- Teaching and supporting students during training.- Advising students on their mobile application projects for external competitions
