- Working with development team designing a cloud-based security, privacy and identity verification solution with authentication features using Zero Knowledge Proof cryptography protocol and BPMN process modeling.- Developing frontend and backend software with Node.js/NestJS, TypeScript, Postgres, React.js stack in an agile environment using Scrum framework and continuous integration & delivery (CI/CD) with GitHub & Jenkins.- Managing a team of 4 QA engineers for a testing and automation project using Selenium and Mocha with Node.js/TypeScript and building UI tests with Playwright.- Managing core internal and customer's infrastructure in a Docker/Kubernetes/Helm/Terraform self-managed clusters environment.- Handling traffic and workloads of the Kubernetes clusters through the Istio service mesh, while storing files and databases (Postgres) inside local volumes via rook ceph, relying on AWS resources.- Enabling continuous integration & delivery via GitHub + Jenkins.- Using a monitoring stack based on Prometheus/Grafana/Loki.- Configuring, monitoring and managing underlying AWS resources for our infrastructure and services such as:⠀⠀• EC2 for computing instances and local storage volumes.⠀⠀• S3 for data storage, CDNs and backups.⠀⠀• ECS and AMIs for the entire Jenkins + Agents, Nexus Repository and general purpose monitoring clusters.⠀⠀• Route53 for DNS internal (Kubernetes) and external (public domains, customers, etc) routing.⠀⠀• CloudFront for corporate websites and static content.⠀⠀• SES for email management.

- Responsible for availability of BT Iberia/Latam internal core systems.- Level 2 & 3 incident resolution. Software projects coordination and execution.- Analysis, design, architecture, development and deployment of fixes and patches.- Proactive applications support for internal company customers.
