I have been working in the real estate sector for 25 years, mainly in the field of urban planning. From my activity as a participant in different projects, I wish to contribute to an innovative urbanism that supports the transformation in which we are immersed, and that contributes to the acceleration and evolution of the real estate business. My work, thanks to my qualified in-house and external team, is carried out with operational methods in the service of a more resilient and ecological vision, mixed, connected and designed in its multiple functions. The land development and real estate promotion that I have had the opportunity to lead in Valencia, Madrid and the Balearic Islands have enabled me to find formulas, overcome obstacles and achieve viability in each project.I look for imaginative and innovative solutions that allow me to achieve business objectives. I am selective with the projects I choose, I want them to have some special feature and to pose a challenge. They are ambitious objectives for which I am willing to pay a high price, my time with full dedication.
