In addition to previous roles, I currently provide front‐line primary technical support to end users on various technical issues related to computer hardware and software. I respond, document and resolve tickets within our SLA. I also administer accounts for a variety of software such as Box, Zoom, Duo (2FA), Qualtrics, and Microsoft 365 and am responsible for representing monthly reports for an IITS roadmap to address the trending issues while advising resolutions to the IITS teams. I work with the Telecom Manager to set up, configure and troubleshoot Mitel SIP phones.

Managed tasks such as new employee training and reporting, filled in as manager on duty when themanagers were away, and provided in person technical assistance for staff. I also assisted with thecreation and management of knowledge articles. (In addition to Help Desk Agent roles)

Answered calls, emails, webform, text and walk in requests and incidents for assistance with student services and technology offered by Touro while working closely with IITS and SAS SMEs.
