Administrative and grant support for the Molecular Oncology research labs at Moffitt Cancer Center. Working independently and in teams, I help facilitate an efficient flow of the many projects within each lab and act as a primary source for guidance and assistance. Assist in grant-related budgeting and spending guidelines.

Full-time missionary reaching the students at USF with the Gospel and discipleship through Cornerstone Christian Church. My daily tasks consisted of: communicating with businesses and individuals in the community to generate dedicated partners with the ministry; cultivating these partnerships through newsletters, email, phone, and regular face-to-face meetings. Utilizing spreadsheets and other administrative tools to oversee budgeting and partnership management within the ministry.

Maintained an organized office environment through various clerical tasks, planned and managed various events and fundraisers—including $30,000 in scholarship funds, communicated with families and vendors in a professional manner, cultivating high standards of respect and a supportive culture.

Managed the front desk of the Office of Housing and Residential Life at the University of South Florida. Received phone calls, responded to emails, assisted students with housing and related issues and concerns. Lead tours of the living facilities on campus for incoming students.

Office Assistant and Reception Clerk in the Office of Student Success at the University of South Florida. Tasks include: Copying and Scanning Files, Building and Editing MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents, Organization, Answering and Transferring Phone Calls, and Maintaining Office Supplies.
