I've been working as a Telemarketer in the call center industry for 10 years now. I make and receive calls from potential customers with the goal of turning them into a new customer. I've sold products and services offered by several companies from telecommunications, credit card acquisition, insurance, gas and electricity. As an experienced telemarketer, I am persistent, results driven, and I have exceptional sales, time management, and professional skills. Though sales is my expertise, I've also experienced working on a customer care and technical support account for a telecommunications company. This trained me to become tech savvy, customer oriented, and great in multi tasking. I'm also proficient in Microsoft Office and I can quickly adapt to new systems and tools.Graduating from a Business Administration Major in Marketing course gave me a solid foundation in marketing, finance, accounting and management, and a deep understanding of the business environment.
