Oversees Marketing and Operations for Personal Loans Segment in Western Visayas

A. Residential Care1.Systematically review and evaluate effective implementation of the program in light of annual strategic plans 2.Ensure effective and efficient implementation and monitoring of program plans 3.Propose and lead studies and / or initiate new programs / projects in line with developing the children holistically integrating the 3 helping framework4.Promote the dynamic integration of the helping framework along side the specific support programs5.Oversees the implementation of activities and guidelines in line with the manual of operationsB. Program Management1.Responsible for guiding, coaching and leading the program staff in the overall strategic directions of the Programs2.Initiate planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of Programs3.Ensure proper deployment of annual objectives 4. Lead the process to ensure effective monthly review and monitor quality results5. Facilitate the design and implement corrective action involving all the players 6.Ensure submission and collection of timely reports7.Pro-actively facilitate the strong coordination between the support program staff vis-à-vis the home staff, social workers and the teachers 8.Attend regular meeting of Program OperationsC.Human Resource Supervision and Development1.Lead in coordination with the HR in the finalization of short-listed applicants of residential staff. Recommend for the final hiring and termination of the staff to the Executive Director 2.Ensure timely evaluation and assessment of employees under Program Operations3.Provide coaching and recommend appropriate development activities for employees under Program Operations4. Ensure adherence to personnel policies and set guidelines and apply appropriate action when necessary5.Track and guide employees on opportunities for career growth and personal development
