Prime Concrete Development Holdings Pty Ltd (PCD) is a family-owned business which was established on the 30th of November 2017, our first day of manufacturing was on the 19th of March 2018. We might be a new company, but we are established with over 40 years of experience within the concrete industry. Prime Concrete Development Holdings Pty Ltd (PCD) has currently 3-4 internal crews and building including Team Leaders, also a pool of installers/contractors which were especially handpicked/selected who form the installation arm of PCD which enables us to tender & quote on supply and install on any size project from residential through to large civil projects. Internal crews and contractors can be increased to accommodate project demand in the civil industry. PCD currently has a fleet 19 machines ranging from 2.5t through to 40t excavators and Track Skid Steers. PCD install crews are comfortably building 150-200sqm per week providing the preparation of the site. With our network of REPQ engineers there is minimal delay in supply of Soil Test, Form 15 and Form16.PCD’s concrete sleepers are made to the highest Australian standards, the engineering specifications consist of 2 x N12 Steel Reo Reinforcement Bars and 40 Mpa concrete. Our custom concrete mix designs consistently surpass Australian standards with results of 55-60 MPa. Our world class manufacturing processes, specially designed concrete mix and the support from the relationships we hold with our Suppliers ensures that we reach and surpass all necessary specifications required. Our structured processes along with our specially designed moulds are 100% guaranteed to improve the product quality in the way of negating hair line fractures and improving concrete strength resulting in an outstanding smooth finish and colour consistency in every individual sleeper.
