• Manage electronic freight software tracking system (inbound / outbound)• Manage switchboard to field customer shipment inquiries. • Create and process shipment invoices and payments. • Process online bookings for outgoing shipments. • Create FedEx/UPS labels for outgoing Freight.• Book Airline shipments, forward shipment schedules to operations.• Manage large databases and spreadsheets for sending/receiving, ordering supplies, managing budgets. • Utilize technology and budget efficiencies for sending/received domestic and international shipments.

• Manage daily restaurant operations from opening to closing; sales and expense reports for regional manager; payroll and scheduling for all restaurant employees; staffing requirements to meet weekly / monthly scheduling demands. (Employment hiring / Terminations)• Train assistant and shift managers on roles and responsibilities. • Coordinate with regional and corporate human resources departments to ensure compliance responsibilities. • Evaluate performance and productivity outputs and reconcile corporate benchmarks.
