I have various responsibilities and tasks. I report directly under the Country Manager. I handle a sales team of four (4), I coach my sales team to help them achieve their monthly quotas, I also provide support and training for my team. I also develop my team’s incentives to help drive their performances. I manage and track their metrics both money and yearly and create sales reports.

My main responsibility was to provide business solutions to clients. I also was tasked with developing and maintaining client-business relationships. With this, I developed not just a strong foundation on understanding vOffice but it also made me aware and adept in competition’s services as well. I became highly creative in developing business solutions for existing clients.
