I have experience successfully litigating complex international disputes with parallel proceedings in multiple jurisdictions and countries. I have helped prepare successful technical arguments in over a dozen IPR and CBM proceedings.My practice also encompasses all aspects of patent prosecution, including technical analysis, drafting applications, office action responses, reissue applications and continuing applications, appeal practice and managing local counsel for foreign office actions.
