In 1999 I’ve been the one selling the first high-power LED in distribution in EMEA. As Regional Sales Director – FLS SE I’m now responsible for the development and execution of the business plan in the region that includes IT, FR, IB, Benelux and SA. The plan embraces the definition of the quarterly/yearly objectives and 3 to 5 years vision, the pull of resources in different company’s departments, generating vertical markets interactions, the hiring once a gap in the organization is identified, the creation and the measure of the KPI’s by monitoring monthly the set metrics’ progresses and the presentation of the achievements internally, and externally to the key suppliers and customers.
